It's beacuse you either use Internet explorer OR have the wrong text program install.

Change to firefox or change your install, on your Internet explorer  go to "visa" and then "language", and you should have the settings on "västerländsk"


But the easiest and best thing is to always use Firefox. Explorer is "old",
